If you are reporting a calculation issue, please include your pay level, basic pay, the fitment factor you chose and the figure you expected. A share link from the calculator (the “Share result” button) is the quickest way to send all of it.
We can’t answer questions about individual pay fixation or service matters. Please contact your DDO or the department concerned for those.
